With a fleet of 137 aircrafts, Emirates flies to over 100 destinations in 60 countires around the world. With nearly 700 flights departing from Dubai airport every week, it's no wonder Emirates flights account for nearly 40 per cent of all flight movement in and out of Dubai International Airport. Emirates hopes to increase this to a market-share of 70 per cent by 2010.
In the financial year 2007/2008 Emirates carried a staggering 21.2 millon passengers. Its fleet is one of the youngest, most modern in the skies today.
