THAI’s fleet consists of 90 aircraft with 33 aircraft on order including A330-300, Boeing 777-300ER and A380-800 and has embarked on a major fleet renewal process which will see several new aircraft join the fleet and older aircraft retired from service. Cabin Classes

The timeless tradition of gracious Thai hospitality is as much a hallmark of THAI as it is of the Kingdom of Thailand itself. THAI’s Economy Class was awarded ‘Best Economy Class Seat’ and ‘Best Economy Class Catering’ for 2011.

On flights from Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth THAI's aircraft offer a 2-class Royal Silk or Economy Class inflight product and flights from Sydney have a three class cabin configuration : Royal First, Royal Silk (Business) and Economy Class.

Royal Silk Business Class capsule-style seats feature all the latest in-seat features such as phones, personal on-demand entertainment and with a comfortable lie-flat, 163 or 167 degree recline (recline varies with aircraft types).

Royal First Class cabins are available between Sydney and Bangkok and selected cities in Europe and Asia. Seats boast 7 feet of space and an Ottoman for a unique, shared dining experience; gourmet a la carte dining plus the option of pre-selected menu with 22 choices. THAI has been awarded 'Best First Class Lounge' by Skytrax for 2007/2009 and 2010 for its lounge at Suvarnabhumi Bangkok International Airport.
