Cabin Classes
United Airlines offers four cabin classes: First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class.
First Class cabins feature individual First Class suites which include lie flat beds, Laptop power source, personal phone for calls and email, noise-reducing headsets, video Airshow® flight map, backcycler Motion System® for lumbar support and back stimulation, individual audio/video system including nine video channels and up to 21 channels of music and news.
United Airlines Business Class cabins are fitted with lie-flat beds, in-seat functions include fully adjustable seats with lumbar support and leg rests, individual video screen with nine channels plus audio channels and noise reducing headsets.
First and Business Class passengers also are presented with an exclusive menu to choose their dining option from. On the ground they receive priorty check-in, baggage handling and boarding, access to United Arrivals Suite, access to United First Class International Lounge (for First Class passengers), and access to United Red Carpet Club and Star Alliance partner lounges.
Economy Plus is United Airlines premium economy service, it offers the same benefits as Economy Class but with an additional 6" leg room. These seats can be found in the first 6-12 rows of the economy class cabin.
Economy Class seats on United Airlines range from 17-18" wide and have a 31" pitch. Seats have adjustable headrests and personal LCD TVs in the seatback (depending on your aircraft).
Before You Fly
United Airlines Arrivals Suite offers First and Business Class passengers a place to enjoy a shower and continental breakfast in their arriving destination. These can be found in Chicago, San Francisco, London and Sao Paulo.
United First International Lounges offer First Class passengers personalised services, free Wi-Fi, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and premium beverages. United First International Lounges can be found in Chicago, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Washington, and New York.
Red Carpet Club offers comfortable lounges, personalised travel assistance, complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages, breakfast pastries and afternoon snacks.
Business and First Class passengers also have access to Star Alliance member lounges worldwide.
