My wife and child are still away on the above trip to the UK arranged through your consultant Lisa Evans.

As a 58 year old, I had not used the internet before in booking air fares, and I was particularly nervous about my wife and ten year old son making the trip without me.
However, I found your company on the internet pages, and decided to telephone.
I spoke with Lisa, and from the outset she was lively, helpful, honest and straightforward with me, and clearly knew her job. Already this was a far cry from my experience dealing with local shopfront travel agencies.

Together, we planned the trip, and Lisa made it clear exactly what was entailed and what the costs would be. I took to emailing her with concerns and queries, and each time I received a patient, cheerful and accurate answer. A slight airline schedule change was notified immediately, and the special airline kids meals were ordered as requested. (Again, this has not been the case with local agency franchises we have used in the past.)

As I said, the trip is yet to finish, but everything, including the ground arrangements booked through you, has gone like clockwork.

Would you please award Lisa a gold star on my behalf, and be assured of our continuing business.

Though I have been very tardy in doing this, I am just writing to tell you that we had a GREAT holiday, which you had organised the travel for (Rome then England), In January. We had a couple of hitches with connections because of weather (we were snowed in, in Frankfurt and had to stay at the Kempinski!!). We spent a fortune, as you do but we all feel it was really worthwhile.
