Recently we enjoyed a trip to London, booking through Best Flights, on air fares that were hardly believable.

This is to say a very big THANKYOU especially to Sue for the hard work in organizing it, we truly had an amazing time and only wish we could have stayed a lot longer, so we are always on the lookout for more amazing fares, hoping to once again travel to the U.K. and stay a lot longer next time.

We have many plans to travel over the next few years to Italy, The Greek Islands, etc and Best Flights have become our main source of anticipation (and distant friends) for reasonable air fares. Keep up the excellent surprises.

Hi!

I just wanted to offer you some feedback to let you know how awesome and informative your site is. I recommend it to all of my friends looking up travel information. Unfortunately I am still planning my trip next year, but I log on weekly to check out and compare special deals, so hopefully by next April when I plan my round the world or UK/Europe sizzler style trip, I will be able to use your company and website to plan/book my trip.

The information and regular updates on this site are great and makes it very reliable and I have no doubt they are the best deals on offer in Australia.

Also, if there is time, could you please let me know when the April deals will begin to come out. I was originally planning to leave the last week of February 2004 as this seemed the cheapest time to travel and I would get more time in Asia before heading over for a European summer. However, I have had to postpone my departure so I will have sufficient savings. Anyway, I know it starts to get more expensive around June, so any information would be a great help!! (I plan to go to bali, bangkok, london, spain and return via bali - other travel in between I should be able to organise when I get there and do it by land transport).

Hello Gary,

I had to write to you to express to you how very happy I have been in all my inter-action with Sue Naudin, she has gone out of her way to give the very very best of service.

I found your 'deal' to 7 US cities, on my newsletter.. and responded via e-mail over the weekend. I spoke to her first Monday 7.30am when I phoned from America where we currently live. She went out of her way to be helpful and informative. I have spoken to her a second time, Tuesday, (when I realised that my e-mail booking request had double booked her verbal reservation), she was as helpful and charming as ever.

We return to Australia each year buying the American Airlines year ticket via US to London and back via US, plus we purchase tickets for our sons to come over periodically. I will certainly contact Best Flights first in future.

My husband is an academic in Tourism and Hospitality, currently as Director and Professor at the University of New Orleans. I also taught in this area with TAFE. We very much appreciate the importance of excellence in customer service, Sue meets those expectations .

We arrived home yesterday and just wanted to let you know that everything went well. We had no major dramas, flights were on time, cars were ready when wanted and generally we all had a good time. A little tired now after the long flight home but we will recover.

I was very fortunate recently to be one of the lucky recipients in gaining a Singapore Airlines half fare offer to the UK. When the offer was first released in June and your sales staff were inundated with calls from Australia wide, it was Sarah who attended to my initial enquiries.

Her cheerful manner, and her professional approach in answering my proposed itinerary questions indicated to me that Sarah was both motivated and totally committed in presenting the best possible Company image. I am not an experienced traveller having been overseas on only one prior occasion, which was made more difficult and less enjoyable by the lack of attention to details shown by a Well Known Travel Agency.

In contrast, Sarah has been meticulous in forwarding to me in Victoria all the relevant Travel documents by registered mail, attending to my Travel Insurance all with the utmost competency and friendliness. If my Trip proceeds with the same ease and pleasure that Sarah has organised my bookings with, I should have a wonderful time in London with my Son.

I would like to congratulate you on a first class service, and one of the most "user friendly" and comprehensive websites I have seen in the travel arena.

I trudged through several agency sites, getting depressed at the skimpy information or lack of detail up front. Then I tried your website.

I have just booked a Circle Asia Business class fare for two pax, and, although a little apprehensive at first about a "web purchase" of this size, I initially sent a query by email regarding mileage allowances and totals for an itinerary or two, and got very helpful responses from Daryl Calder. It was his helpfulness that swayed me.

I had a similar request for itinerary etc in to Flight Centre - whom I have tended to use in the past. I cancelled my request with them immediately, and rang your toll free number from here in Sydney.

Jimmy Carbine answered and became my travel consultant.

I found Jimmy a pleasure to deal with - very forthcoming, consultative, extremely helpful and had a good knowledge of the product. His service was first class, and we finalised the transaction today.

Hi Sue

We returned from our 16 days in Bali last Friday night. We had a very good time. The Raddisson suites are to be recommended - Not many tourists over there though. See if you can encourage a few more over to help the poor people of Bali who were sitting about twiddling their thumbs, those that still have jobs that is. I really don't think anyone need have much concern security wise.

I would also like to say again how very impressed I was with dealing with you for our holiday - you answered my every concern very quickly and efficiently, which is why I chose to deal with you rather than the time consuming task of trying to deal locally here in Mandurah.

Dear Owen,

Thought I'd let you know how successful our holiday was & particularly how good World Traveller plus seats are.

We were very happy with Qantas/British Airways & that section with only 30 people is excellent, ample leg room for tall people & my husband was very pleased. Must say I even enjoyed the long flight & got a bit of sleep.

I understand you rang re change of domestic flight from Melbourne to Brisbane - we were already home, they quickly put us on an earlier flight so we could surprise the family!!! A wonderful 10 weeks away..
