I first contacted Natalie Laffin about a month ago regarding flights to Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur for a group of four. Planning for two is often hard enough but planning for four is near impossible! Regardless of this, Natalie always answered every question posed in a prompt and friendly manner. I have never encountered a travel agent that's as friendly and professional as Natalie. She is, in my humble opinion, an asset to your company.
After booking the flights, I again contacted Natalie regarding tours, accommodation and transfers. Again, she was a joy to deal with. Natalie clearly has the clients in her best interest as she would often suggest alternatives that would fit into our interests and at a lesser cost. Who does that?! Natalie from Best Flights- that's who!
This is my first encounter with Best Flights and I can assure you it won't be my last. It's great to know that there are travel agents who can do the job in a friendly, professional and prompt manner. I had never encountered this with other travel agencies. So to Best Flights, and in particular to Natalie, thank you for your great assistance. I will certainly not hesitate to book my future travels with you and have already started referring friends to your company.

We haven't spoken before, however one of your team, Angie, has been assisting me with planning a trip from Sydney to Italy early next year.
I'm sure you're already well aware of how fabulous Angie is, but just in case you need to hear it again - she's FABulous. Thank you to Best Flights for making my trip planning a breeze.
Now I'm certain that most times this stuff just does not get said, & I'm wholly impressed by Angie's service, so please allow me to indulge... Angie has the three things I prize in travel agents:
* She's friendly: it always felt as though she was sitting across the country with a smile on her face, no matter what the hour, and no matter how many silly questions I had for her. This is the kind of person you want to book a trip through again;
* She genuinely seemed to care: we talked though a few flight options, dates and stopovers & Angie had so much patience in getting me the best flight package to suit my budget and to maximise my holiday fun, and she gave me space to decide on the right one in my own time. Never once did I feel as though I were being rushed through our phonecalls, palmed off to others, or that Angie couldn't be bothered trying to do the best for me, which is how I have frequently felt with travel agents in the past;
* She's expedient: In the past I have always had to chase travel agents to arrange things, but Angie consistently followed through with whatever she'd promised, at (or before) the time she'd promised. It really took the stress out of getting flights and making payments.
I have already started referring friends, family and colleagues to Best Flights & look forward to arranging more trips through your company in the future.

Just returned from Round the World SIA Business Class arranged by you. Left Perth 13 May, returned 24 June. All went brilliantly. We paid the supplement and flew direct Singapore - New York which was a dream. No hitches anywhere.

Thank you Renee for your help last night. You did a great job with the bookings and the looking. I had approached Flight Centre yesterday afternoon looking for advice and guidance. After telling them what was required (ie fly into Athens/Rome, fly out of Copenhagen with stopover in Thailand on the way home) the best they could do was a flight that went through Hong Kong and one that went through Dubai. That was it. They were not at all interested in what we wanted it seemed too much trouble.
So I would like to say a very big thank you for your efforts last night to get exactly what we wanted to the last detail (especially the departure time) even though we jumped around a lot. Thank you for your patience, helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism.

Harry I have just arrived back from Hawaii. You organized out flight and accommodation last November. We changed the accommodation from Ohana Waikiki Prince to Ohana Waikiki Surf. I just wanted to let you know that the hotel was wonderful, very friendly and clean. We had a kitchenette room and another adjoining room for our friends. Staff was very friendly, beds very clean and comfortable. Flights to and from were wonderful.

My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Astral Mansfield when booking an around the world trip last year. My name is Jan Bedson and my husband and I have just had the most amazing service from Dan Bogard... he has gone the extra mile to help us with what I consider a complicated trip. Whatever you are paying the man it is NOT ENOUGH!!!!!!!!
He would not let us pay the fare in full but insisted we read through the itinerary and call back the following day after checking against the Qantas itinerary. We found it all excellent and paid in full the following day. I repeat ...whatever you are paying your people it is not enough! They are wonderful... helpful and very creative!

Thanks a million for your work towards a fantastic relaxing two weeks in KhoSamui. Saundra is already trying to convince our daughter (Single) to travel with us to saty at the same hotel in Chaweng beach next year.
The flight to Singapore with SA was good. Unfortunately the Singapore to Samui was (1)A four hour wait + and (2) We lined up for over an hour at Koh Samui airport at midnight to pass through customs. On arrival we slept comfortably and did not get the same WAITING on our return flight.

I had a great holiday and now back at the grindstone planning the next one for May (somewhere for 3 weeks)... one of the benefits (makes up for the stress of not knowing when the next job is coming from) of working for yourself...

I spoke with a Carl on Friday, New Year's Eve, after a day long search for help to replace a local travel agent who had completely let me down. What a joy.
