Lilly and I have arrived home safe and well rested. Thanks very much for all your hard work with our travel plans. The Club Andaman was absolutely beautiful, great staff, very good service. The Narai upgraded us to a business suite which was a nice surprise. Oh and guess what? I won a week's free accommodation at the Absolute hotel either in Patong beach or Koh Samui. I have to say, that your website is the most informative, has the most options, with fantastic prices. Even the other airlines have nothing on what you offer - and I'm only talking about airfares, let alone the rest of the products and services you offer!

I would like to extend a personal thank you to your consultant, Scott who is based in your Perth Office.
Scott was extremely helpful and professional by asking me a few questions about what I was interested in doing while on holiday. From the information Scott gathered he suggested I stay at the Pelangi Bali Hotel and Spa in Seminyak. He advised he had experienced the hotel and it was clean and quiet and would more suit a person my age and the interests I had. That it was.
He ascertained I had never been to Bali and he gave me some very useful information on things I need to be aware of.
His knowledge and suggestions really made my first holiday to Bali very memorable and less daunting.
I was delighted to see Scott and all the staff at the Pelangi Bali Hotel and Spa to have fantastic service qualities. As a result I have, and will continue to recommend the Hotel and Best Flights to anybody proposing to travel to Bali.

Hi, I am just writing to provide some positive feedback on Tammy Cannavale.
Last Friday evening I rang trying to book flights to Singapore and Malaysia on behalf of my parents, who live in another city. I thought doing this sort of thing remotely would be a hassle, but there was no problem at all. Tammy made it all very easy and had a great attitude to customer service. I was able to get all of the flight dates and times that I wanted, and the documents came through correctly and as promised. Even though I had to call back because the email was playing up at my end, Tammy was more than happy to re-send the documents for me immediately.
This was a very good experience and I'm sure I will use Best Flights again.

However this evening, a customer service assistant by the name of Palma exceeded the excellent service I usually receive.
He helped me book my flights and managed to squeeze me in to many booked flights and helped arrange my holiday around the dates and locations I had previously organised.
To book so soon and so close to the holidays I was expected a jumbled holiday and not any special treatment from your staff, but Palma really did make my booking experience enjoyable and easy to understand. The process - which I am used to being long and being misunderstood or not being clued in on certain catches in flight arrangements - went fast and simply. Everything was explained to me and my flights are the best I could hope for.
I used to call Flight Centre and after receiving operator after operator who were rude and didnt consider my options and only wanted to push a sale, I decided to go to someone else. I recommend your company to everyone who travels. And now I will recommend your excellent travel agent.

Firstly I think that your web site is just fantastic. It is very user friendly and offers so many features.
