I recently returned from an eight week trip in South America. Although my wife and I booked our flights over there with Qantas frequent flyer, we used the services of Best Flights for a number of internal flights. This is not the first time that I have used your company. Our agent with Best Flights was Chloe.
I cannot express my appreciation for the fine work that she did. Our query was dealt with promptly and efficiently, her service was excellent, and as we know that south America has a bad reputation with changes to flight times, was surprised to get a heads up email from Chloe on changes to our flights. It was only one block to Hollywood Blvd and it seems every time we walked down there we ran into someone (Ed Begley Jr., Eric Roberts, the cast of the new movie Twilight and best of all, we met John Travolta who was there for the premiere of the new Disney movie "Bolt").

I just want to let you know how impressed I was with Brian's help as I organised
my flights to Lagos this Tuesday 21st
October. (I fly out next Friday 31st). I had spoken with Natasha on Monday and we
encountered a problem with getting me home on Qatar/Singapore Airlines in mid January
(no seats available for the special fare.) Natasha had been very helpful also, going
through a lot of options with me, but couldn't find a way through. I was discouraged
when I rang on Tuesday as it has been a long battle trying to get this trip organised
(my pay was held up for 2 1/2 months for one thing!). The aim of this trip is to
help out with a new orphanage just started in Freetown. I need to connect with a
ministry group in Lagos on the way. Neither place is easy to get to!
I really appreciated Brian's tenacity and positive outlook, to keep searching for options and to appreciate my dilemma and understand how I was feeling. He did not give up, but went the extra mile patiently and professionally. I could tell he was thinking creatively and problem solving. So often you feel people just want to get the call over and done with. I have been searching for flights on the web for 3 months and I can tell most travel agents don't seem to know about the specials that are out there and the options available. Usually anyone I speak to hasn't even heard of Lagos or Sierra Leone!
While I know that I usually go to the non-touristy places and that creates the problem of high prices, less access etc, I was really encouraged to see Brian take the time to work on this challenge till he found a way through. I felt he valued the purpose of my trip and my need to keep costs down.
Most people would say I have taken a big risk to book my flights over the internet instead of with an agent, but I feel that the service I have received, the money I have saved (money I would rather give to the orphanage) and the fact that your staff are informed and know what they are talking about has made this a great option for me! The agents I have contacted, by contrast, have usually taken days/weeks to get back to me with answers on who flies where. (This is very stressful when you need to fly out in a few weeks!) Then it is obvious they know less about it than I do! They often won't think outside the box and have ticket prices as crazy as $1500 - $3000 more than what I have found in my own research and on your site. I guess they get a better commission the higher the fare is. I have also found your site to be consistently easy to access, quick and mostly user-friendly. Some airline sites have been frozen for 3 weeks now. Other search engines (like travel agents) have never heard of Sierra Leone. I'm not sure if some of them have heard of Africa!
So, I would like you to please pass on to both Natasha and Brian my thanks for their help. Brian refused to give up. He was just the right person for a challenge under time pressure (and for a stressed customer!) The service he has given me in securing this fare is something you should know about. I will definitely recommend Best Flights to my friends.
Now I face the challenge of getting flights from Lagos to Freetown and back! HA!

Just returned from our wonderful holiday in the Cook Islands.
I am just writing to you to give you some feedback.
The Newman's package you booked for us was excellent. As part of the package, we received discount vouchers and a discount card which saved us hundreds of dollars in tours and dining. The package also included a beautiful black pearl necklace to the value of $500 which did include a valuation certificate.
Our accommodation at Moana Sands was fantastic value for where it was situated and right on the best beach in Rarotonga. There was an aquatic nature reserve full of coral and tropical fish right out the front of our unit. Ideal for couples and honeymooner's (there were a few there). Moana Sands also had a fabulous restaurant.
We did have dinner at The Rarotagan which seemed a good place for families with little children. Pretty hectic.
We did go to Aitutaki for a few days which was a highlight of our tour.
Julie thank again for organising such a wonderful holiday for me. Other people we ran into could not believe the inclusions we received as part of our holiday. You did a great job!

We are writing regarding a recent family tour we did with Kumuka Worldwide – Pyramids, Camels and the Red Sea which commenced on 6 September 2008.
We would like to express our appreciation for such a well organised tour. From the fantastic service we received when we booked the tour through Tara Andersen at Best Flights Pty Ltd to the final goodbye from Hisam – the Kumuka representative in Egypt at Cairo Airport.
Hisam met us at the airport and provided impeccable service and ensured that we
were transported to our hotel and also
checked us in. This was very much appreciated as we arrived in the early hours of
the morning. He advised us on some
highlights of Egypt we could enjoy the next day before our tour commenced and also
organised a cruise for us that evening.
Our tour would not have been so memorable without our guide Michael Abdalla El Gandy. Michael made Egypt come alive for us – we will be forever grateful for his ability to explain the Egyptian history in a way our children will remember – forever. Mackenzie and Harrison enjoyed the tour so much and Michael is definitely responsible for a large part of this – too many highlights to list. He would explain everything until we all understood. Michael is definitely an asset to the Kumuka team and we could not thank him enough.
We would definitely recommend Kumuka to any family looking at creating memories for a lifetime – our children’s experiences were priceless.

wanted). Your response was so much more friendly and more efficient than anywhere
else where I had enquired and in future I will come straight to Best Flights (and
in particular, you, if you are still working there!).
Anyway, we had a lovely holiday - all went smoothly - the Christmas lights in Singapore
were great and very beautiful in
Vienna. We loved wandering around at night time in Vienna as it was so pretty and
the shops stay open late and at that time of the year you have the little stalls
selling gluhwein and delicious nibbles. We went on a horse drawn sleigh ride through
the forest on a plateau some where which was fun. It hardly snowed anywhere we stayed
so in retrospect we should have had at least a couple of nights in a ski resort
somewhere. At the time we were there they were having blizzards in the US so I guess
it's just the luck of the drawer - it just didn't come down our way at that time.
Salzburg was lovely and there had been enough snow that there was a fine layer over
the fields in the area so everything
looked pretty.
We also really enjoyed Munich and some of the little towns where we took day trips to. It actually snowed heavily for about 30 mins in Munich so we went for a walk to a park while it was snowing. We also went for a day trip on the train (we went everywhere by train!) to Neuschwanstein Castle which we thought was amazing - unfortunately it had been so warm that the snow was melting! New Year's Eve in Munich was fun with everyone letting of fireworks in the street - you had to be careful that you didn't collide with a sky rocket!
And our trip home via Tokyo was great - we'd love to go back to Japan some time and have a better look.
So thanks very much for being so helpful (and for asking how everything went) - much appreciated.

To whom it may concern,
I would just like to thank one of your hard workers Tayla for assisting me with my booking for my trip to Europe from Melbourne. I work at Anz and we not just pride but are encouraged to be customer responsive at all times. Tayla was that at all times. She not just booked my flights, but also made additional value adding connecting flights for me by giving me ideas on what was available. Price was something I was wary of but Tayla did her best to keep it at a minimum while suggesting extra inter holiday experiences. Her example from which I took was for a Thailand stopover which was something I never would’ve thought of considering.
My flight took a bit of extra initiative of Tayla by checking on extra connecting flights for example as I had to plan my annual leave accordingly around this all. In the end, she stuck it out and got me an exceptional package for a great price. I personally cannot ask for more.
While doing this all, she was extra friendly and was genuinely trying to assist me in every way. I'm glad I got Tayla as she made me feel comfortable, valued and wasn't pushy for the quick sale. It took her probably 1 hour just to look after me and she still wasn't pushy. I have to say she leads by example and should be one that others should look to for exceptional service.
I assure you that I will recommend Best Flights to all my buddies and I will put forward Tayla's name (if possible) so that she can speak, listen and assist friends like she did with me for flights in future.
Best flights are really Best Flights from my experience and has not been painful like some other of the flight industries competitors with service.
Wish your business all the best and will be booking with you guys again in the future. Keep doing whatever you are doing with training etc as it is working.

I wish to let you know how impressed I am with the service and professionalism at Best Flights. Everybody that I have come into contact with has been extremely helpful and informative. I have booked many holidays in the past and have had nothing but dramas. Previously I have had travel agents overcharge, cover me for the wrong dates on my travel insurance, forget to inform about visa and departure tax requirements and never call back when I had a question.

For the past month I’ve been booking flights for my family who are currently travelling through China. It’s virtually impossible to book a domestic flight in China online with real time confirmation. Last night I rang through to your call centre to book a flight for my husband to leave a town in China which has experienced an earthquake. Julie Critchison was an absolute dream – she stayed back, after the office was to close for a special meeting, to ensure that my husband was confirmed on the 7am flight out of Chengdu this morning.
I’ve since booked a flight online for him to leave HK to Xi’an – real time confirmation and no mucking around – just as easy as booking an Australian domestic flight online! I’ll be booking all my flights through you now, I’m only sorry it’s taken me so long to find you.

I haven’t been overseas for 30 years so was looking for some guidance/advice with my trip to Ireland this May. Except for Brendan, my dealings with travel consultants left much to be desired, I had to suggest alternatives – they didn’t offer any suggestions or try to make the trip as hassle free as possible. Brendan on the other hand, took the time to understand my requirements and tried to plan the trip with those in mind. I'm so sorry if I haven't emailed you since my husband and I came back from our round the world trip last October.
I thought I'd give you summary of our holiday.
Our holiday was really good!! And we can't wait to do it all over again! We're planning to travel again in 2009 (need to save up first!).
I'd go back to see Paris, Switzerland, Prague and Barcelona again! And maybe stay in Austria to see Salzburg and Vienna.
As for the cosmos tour, half of the people on our tour group were from Australia!! And there were a total of 30 people in our group, so we had plenty of space to move around the bus! Otherwise it would have been so crowded!
In regards to coach tours, I don't think I'd do it again, maybe not for more than a week, and I might try Globus or Trafalgar, as they stay in the city centre! Majority of the people in our tour did not like the long bus ride... but were all thankful that we had a very good tour director and we all got along!! Coach tour summary, the coach tour was just too exhaustive and there were not a lot of free time in each places that we went to!! Even when we had a lot of 2-night stays!!
Overall, our holiday was really good even though very exhaustive!! But I'd do it all over again!

Can I suggest that you guys look at doing some advertising here in Sweden. I have been telling everybody about the website so don't be surprised if you start getting a lot of business on this side of the equator. The travel agencies and websites on this side of Europe are so expensive.
If you wanted to, I would suggest advertising on a website called www.thelocal.se - it’s a newspaper site in English that everyone reads here.

Angie Moreton, within 24 hours, organised my complex itinerary and done so in the most professional, informative and easy manner.

I just wanted to let someone in there know how great Rohannah Heath has been in helping me book our family trip. If it wasn't for Rohannah and the help that she gave me when first enquiring, we would never be going on our trip.
She has always been courteous, efficient and even when we had a couple of hiccups, things still managed to be corrected or sorted out.

This email is to let you know how impressed I am with the customer service I received from Ms Tammy Cannavale of your organisation.
I recently made some bookings for friends of mine and had the good fortune to have Tammy assist with these bookings. She went out of her way to help with every question thrown at her and sorted out some tricky situations including organising a name change on the ticket as the name given to her was slightly different to that on passenger's passport, we also had to change dates etc etc. Tammy was prompt in her follow up calls and emails and was always courteous and most helpful and she also managed to reassure me when I had concerns. She never lost her patience or her cool.

Hi Kelley,
We are back from our trip and I just wanted to say thanks for arranging the flights with Etihad. The first class service and facilities were excellent value. The aircraft were clean and the staff attentive. We had four sectors and only in the last sector was first fully occupied. On the Paris to Abu Dhabi sector, we were the only people in first.
The only down side is the first class lounge in Abu Dhabi is not up to standard but a new lounge is due to be completed in 2008.
The driver pick up in Sydney and London was fantastic.
