Hi Rachel,

i don't know if this email is reaching the right section but i would appreciate it if this email could be forwarded to someone in charge of your phone sales staff. I recently called best flights about a email that was sent to me re cheap packages to Bali, i was speaking to a young lady by the name of Rachael McCann who went so far out of her way to get us the relevant information we needed that we decided to buy the packages and spent $2500 with your company straight away. We travel quite a bit and have not been looked after by a more friendly and professional travel advisor ,we have used flight center , traveland and Harvey world travel but in the future your company will be our first stop when we decide to travel.

We realize for a person to be so happy and committed to her job that it must be a very good place to work and i congratulate you on this, as you know word of mouth has a very strong influence on people deciding who they will and wont do business with and i can assure you we will let all our friends and family know just how good a service is being offered at best flights. once again many thanks to best flights and its staff on making a Victorian family of four so happy with their experience with your company , and make sure you look after Rachael because it was her friendly manner, fast callbacks and just going that little bit further that secured our commitment to part with $2500, and i can assure you this is not the last time i will be doing business with you

She was prompt and efficient - providing me with a quote immediately.

She was knowledgable - knowing details like my fare entitled me to 1 night's hotel stay.

She was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Hi Bob,

Several weeks ago, I decided to explore travel options again. My query was handled by Marfiile. Her customer service manner, patience and assistance was fantastic. Nothing seemed to be a problem. She explored several options to endeavor to obtain a flight for us. After all avenues were exhausted in our home city Melbourne she recommended looking at interstate options and secured us a flight from Sydney.

I truly know the importance of customer service and Marifile’s customer service was outstanding.

As a consumer, what counts for me is the experience with any given service or product provider.

Early this year I purchased 2 return tickets to Lisbon for myself and my 80 y.o. Mother.

I was provided with excellent, professional, friendly and informative service from a Canadian young woman who was extremely efficient. I was impressed!

Now as the departure time gets closer, it dawned on me that I should secure a couple of isle seats so as to allow me to assist my Mother with ease during the long journey. My phone call was answered by "Fay" who was equally obliging, helpful, booked the isle seats from HK to Zurich. and back without haste and also noticed that Best Flights did not have a contact number which prompted me to advise her of my new email address. Fay gave me the number and booking reference for Virgin Atlantic so I could secure the same for the HK/SYD/HK leg of the journey = easy, pleasant, professional service = I loved the experience and will continue to use Best Flights!

This is just a quick thank you for all your assistance for our trip to the UK in May I am delighted to say that China Airlines were good especially the Brisbane to Taipei flight it was very nice but the planes were older and noisier on the next couple but ideal for us and great value, we did enjoy the Amsterdam instead of Heathrow too so will consider that in future.

Unfortunately I only managed to be home a day and got a phone call saying my Mum had passed away, I decided against going back for the funeral until I spoke to my sister on the Wednesday evening and she was quite upset, so I just phoned Best Flights( what a wonderful idea being there 24/7) and Brian very kindly organised my trip back!

So please pass on my sincere thanks to Best Flights Management for having the forethought to make trips like that possible at such short notice for people like myself on the opposite side of the world from family.

Dear Sirs,

I spoke to Vera and would like to say that she was very pleasant and helpful. She had problems changing the dates of my Flight to 7 the August and went out of her way to help me.

She stayed late at work yesterday to try and sort out a problem with Singapore Airways. Then contacted them again today for me and begged them to let me just change the dates without having to pay the full fare now and wait 12-16 weeks for a refund on the old flight.

She was successful in this and I really appreciate all her efforts on my behalf. I would just like to add that she is a lovely lady and put herself out, far beyond the call of duty to help me. I am extremely grateful to her. I just wanted to let you know just how good your staff are and I would certainly come back to you again the next time I fly.

Good Morning..!!

I'm writing to congratulate you on the level of service I received earlier this year... At the time I was working overseas on a cruise ship and needed to book a flight for my girlfriend to visit Australia from South Africa... Relying solely on the internet, I found your website and with the help of Brendan Collins, I booked the flight through your company... the thing that impressed me was when I wrote an email Brendan replied every time almost straight away, he also set up an account so I could EFT the payment through internet banking which was seamless...

For the past six years I have been working overseas with Princess Cruise lines and probably on average I take four international flights a year... I would say that most of the travel agencies that I deal with do a good job with my flights... BUT the level of service and help that I received from Brendan was second to none..!!

I booked a European trip through Brendan back in June/July 08 for Christmas just gone. I hadn’t travelled overseas in a long time and was to be travelling with a three year old toddler.
