Hi Thomas,
I wanted to pass on my compliments in regards to Jo. I have recently booked a round the world flight and throughout all my questions, changes to my itinerary and then more questions she has provided the utmost level of customer service! I had been to a number of travel agents and not only did Best Flights provide the cheapest prices, they also provided the best level of service. Jo was always friendly when I was chatting to her and nothing ever seemed to be trouble for her, she investigated a number of questions I had and when I made 3-4 changes to my itinerary over only a couple of days, again none of this was an issue and she completed my changes without delay. Jo is very knowledgeable as well which came across in all my conversations with her. Jo always did exactly as she said she would which added to the great customer service she provided me, unfortunately I often experience people who do not follow through on what they say they will be doing - this was certainly not the case with Jo. During the time I was making my reservations Jo went on leave, however she advised me of this prior and told me who to speak to in her absence incase I had any more questions - which I did!
I believe we live in a society where we are very quick to complain about bad customer service, but we rarely compliment someone who provides us with good customer service and I try to always make the effort to provide compliments where deserved. Jo certainly deserves this compliment and much more - she is definitely an asset to Best Flights!

To Admin Staff
i wanted to compliment the excellent service i received by one of yr staff.We had to make an urgent booking to go overseas and Mr Brian was so professional and so quick in managing everything.It was important for me to be overseas quickly related to urgent medical reasons in my family and he really worked to find the best flights for me at time.And the way that he even organised to shorten the length of time i spend in the airport and cutting one stop over, when he managed to find an alternative way.That was really giving extra kind service when needed.

I just wanted to let you know that we got back home on Saturday night from Hong Kong anf that we really did have the time of our lives. It was an incredible experience to see so many beautiful countries and breathtaking scenery and the Greek Islands were spectacular.
Everything went exactly to plan, and we didn'tlose any luggage or miss any flights and all the transfers I had booked showed up. The Globus Tour was fantastic, although tiring by the end of the 24 days, we really loved it. I would totally recommend them to anyone. Felicity helped me book a return flight SYD to JFK with my sister.
She gave me helpful advice re payment method which saved me money and was able to quickly process my request when the internet payment mechanism failed.
Our itinerary had one minor error in my sister’s title which I hadn’t been clear about. Felicity rebooked the itinerary for us to accommodate our concerns even though the issue is so minor and would not have changed our legal standing at customs etc. She’s also been responsive and helpful in tying off the loose ends for the booking.
Mate she’s a good one – keep her if you can.

I have been using & recommending Best Flights for many years. I travel to Europe annually. The website is huge and informs you of a substantial number of cheaper alternative fares to destinations, often known but hidden by its competitors. Even then, Best Flight representatives knowing your aims of a trip can recommend variations. Angie recently advised me on such variations and saved me the cost of added flights within Europe.

Hi David,
We wanted to take this opportunity to provide some feedback in relation to one of your staff; James Green.
We, unfortunately were unable to board our flight on 19/4/10 to the UK as it was cancelled due to the volcanic ash that engulfed Europe. One of the purposes of our trip was to attend my brother's wedding in the UK.
James was the consultant who contacted us on the day to advise that we would not be able to board the flight. James spoke to both myself and my husband both on that day and we corresponded via email after this.
James showed himself in all his interactions with us to be empathic, well organised, and positive in his attitude.
In short, we found James to have exceptional people skills.
I have no doubt James had many other people to contact on that day, however he found time to return my call as requested later that day.
James was honest in relation to his communication from Qantas and did not try to mislead us in order to make his job easier.
James also went above and beyond in an attempt to get us a flight to Europe, then to South America. He was knowledgeable about different airlines and travel possibilities.
James also has provided realistic timeframes in relation to when things would occur and has exceeded our expectations in relation to keeping in contact with us and following up on refunds etc.
The experience of not being able to go on our holiday; though highly difficult and emotionally taxing for us; left us with a positive feeling following our interactions with James. We have no hesitation in using Best Flights again and recommending your company to our friends and family.
If all the staff on your team are half as good as James, your recruitment processes are obviously excellent and I would encourage you to forward this feedback to your Executive team in relation to this.

Hi Lauren,
I just wanted to send you an email to let you know that you did an amazing job booking our honeymoon! On the way our flights were excellent, and when we got there the private car transfer was great! The Centara Grand was amazing, similar standard to the Hilton and was in a great spot – walking distance to everything – especially shopping!
The tours were great too that you chose for us – we saw other tours in big buses taking ages but our mini bus small tour was perfect! I’m very happy that you recommended that we book before we got there, as we were pretty busy in the short time in Bangkok – good thinking!!
The Movenpick was nice too – a little old (could do with a refurb) but great spot, good service and very secure and safe which was great! I wouldn’t have bothered with the dip pool though, if I went again I would request a room closer to the beach end – but it was definitely the nicest in Karon and in the best spot near restaurants and the beach and old of the hustle bustle of Patong! Glad you recommended that too. Overall it was perfect, I am definitely very happy with all of your recommendations and I will definitely refer you to my friends and we will be booking our next trip with you – we are thinking Las Vagas!!

The Simply Italy tour with Trafalger was great...Everyone really enjoyed themselves, we all felt we were treated special and discovered so much more about the small parts of northern Italy we experienced, than we ever would have travelling independently, plus without meeting as many interesting people to discuss it all with then and in the future. Thought I would pass on some feedback to your company.
My wife's mother lives in England near Birmingham and we live in Brisbane. We normally fly once per year to see her. We are members of Emirates frequent flyers and as such have usually booked direct with Emirates direct.
This week end we struggled away on the Emirates direct site trying to book our flights Brisbane to Birmingham return for July 2010. We just couldn't find the flight combination at a reasonable time and price. Finally in desperation I went to BestFlights, as I had used you before to book a holiday for my daughter. Not only did you have the flights we wanted, at the times we wanted, but you where also much cheaper that trying to book direct. Ok we don't get the 20% more miles for booking online with Emirates but at over $400 less per ticket I don't care, and I can get the flights without long stop overs in Singapore or Dubai.
Next time I will save myself a lot of time by going to your site first.
