To the Manager,
I would like to mention the excellent service I had from Best Flights during my recent issues with bookings.
Stephanie in particular was very helpful, but I spoke to 3 or 4 different people over the time and the phone was always answered promptly by a real person who I could understand clearly.
The attitude was always positive and helpful, even though the cause of all the discussion was my fault for confirming a booking which was way more expensive than I thought it was going to be.
Thanks for keeping your staff in Australia and providing such good service.
I will always go to Bestflights first for my travel bookings in future, because I know if I need support I will get it.
