LTE International Airways was established in April 1987 and began operations in November of the same year. Starting off with just three Boeing B757-200 aircraft they were an independent charter airline until 2004 when LTE restructured into a new holding group. This enabled them to fund a new project MyWay Airlines (brand name MyAir) and today is now a wholly owned subsidiary of My Way Airlines S.r.l. LTE 20th anniversary in 2007 saw LTE introduce scheduled routes so all passengers can have direct access to LTE fares, flights and flexibility. LTE is a well-established medium sized low cost Spanish airline now operating A320 Airbus Aircraft.
