We are back home after one of the most wonderful trips of our lifetime! Absolutely Nothing went wrong! Eastern Europe is a treasure waiting to be discovered by most people. Trafalgar was its usual competent self- a very good tour director & coach driver. The optional tours enhanced the trip - we did all of them! Narita was a delight-the Radisson Hotel was superb. Copenhagen was beautiful-at the Absolem we were upgraded to a superior room-wow!!! The flights were good, particularly SAS & the Shower/day rooms at Narita Airport a "godsend" when you have 10 hours between flights!

I would thoroughly recommend all components of our trip! I wish you an early happy festive season, Bruce.

This is just to let you know that I’ve just returned from what must be the bargain of the decade! The ten night special package to the Grand Plaza Park Royal, Penang flying Malaysian Airlines was incredible in every way. Resort was stunning (just had a major refit), staff brilliant, airline service and comfort was outstanding. Best Flights was on the lips of everyone at the resort, and if they hadn’t booked through you, they certainly will next time!

Already more than half a dozen of my colleagues and friends are booking the same holiday through you – since I travel so much personally and in my job, they know if I rave about somewhere it MUST be good!

The $1200 package from Sydney and $740 from Perth for 10 nights was an incredible bargain- and since eating out in Penang is so incredibly cheap ($3.50 for a substantial breakfast. $1 upwards for delicious seafood meals!) it makes a very cheap holiday, that feels like one that should have cost at least five times as much.

Thank you Best Flights for everything!

Trouble is – I want to go back – and am hoping to book another Penang package for early in the New Year (if there is any vacancies!)

He was extremely helpful in actually listening to what I wanted to do and adjusting flights around my business itinerary, which certainly involved some serious thought on his part.

I did shop around and Flight Centre were slow to respond and did not come up with the same itinerary as Ashe until after the event (ie until Ashe had actually done the work) and could only offer me Aust$167 off, which offer I declined and immediately confirmed my booking with you guys.

it is Chris O'Reilly here. Recently I booked a range of flights with you on a special deal which was a mixed fare Qantas/SAS Economy and
Business combination through Tokyo and Copenhagen.

We arrived back in Australia last Sunday and I wanted to thank you for organising the tickets and to let you know that you have another couple of happy customers. All the bookings worked very efficiently and both the airlines were wonderful to fly with.

Keep those lower cost Business Class flights happening in the future, because I'm not sure we could fly Economy over any long distance any more!
