Lilly and I have arrived home safe and well rested. Thanks very much for all your hard work with our travel plans. The Club Andaman was absolutely beautiful, great staff, very good service. The Narai upgraded us to a business suite which was a nice surprise. Oh and guess what? I won a week's free accommodation at the Absolute hotel either in Patong beach or Koh Samui. Valid for 18 months. So I guess we will be off again sometime.

Hi Pelangi Hotel Staff and Best Flights,
I would like to extend a personal thank you to your consultant, Scott who is based in your Perth Office.
Scott was extremely helpful and professional by asking me a few questions about what I was interested in doing while on holiday. From the information Scott gathered he suggested I stay at the Pelangi Bali Hotel and Spa in Seminyak. He advised he had experienced the hotel and it was clean and quiet and would more suit a person my age and the interests I had. That it was.
He ascertained I had never been to Bali and he gave me some very useful information on things I need to be aware of.
His knowledge and suggestions really made my first holiday to Bali very memorable and less daunting.
I was delighted to see Scott and all the staff at the Pelangi Bali Hotel and Spa to have fantastic service qualities. As a result I have, and will continue to recommend the Hotel and Best Flights to anybody proposing to travel to Bali.

Megan not only arranged my flights on my preferred carrier, she assisted me with the payment issues I had and basically took absolutely all the worry out of arranging my flights at this difficult time for me.

Hi Team
I have been dealing with April Gregory and what a star is she! Not only was she so patient with me when I changed my mind (a few times!) but she helped me decide the best route.
I put a colleague onto April and her flights to Canada have now been set in concrete. April is also doing flights for a partner at work and he has much praise of the service April is giving.

I have recently been dealing with an employee of yours - Scott Richardson - with regard to booking an overseas trip to the UK via Taipei for my family. Scott was able to get us the best deal on the dates that we required (we also contacted several other companies); and we have been pleasantly surprised with Scott's efficiency and good communication. Booking my flight-only to Holland for my 6 year old son and myself was an absolute piece of cake. Didn't even have to leave home :)
The only downside to this web-site is the constant drooling over my keyboard as the weekly emails arrive. I get jealous!!!
