I would like to take a moment to congratulate the performance of one of your team members - Anita. Anita has assisted me with changes in booking dates for a couple of flights I have recently obtained.. Because of the time of year, my demands and the complexities of young travellers, these changes threw out all sorts of challenges.
Anita has gone over and above the service level one would expect, to ensure that my bookings are successful and my youngest child is properly attended to. This she has done with great communication and a wonderfully pleasant attitude even when I wasn't all that pleasant myself initially :)
I wanted to draw this to your attention and ensure that Anita was properly recognised for the great job she does.
These days, customer service is not all it should be, especially in large organisations - people like Anita make the world go round!

My wife and I have just returned from 2 months overseas which included a 16-day tour of eastern USA & Canada, a 27-day European tour extra nights accommodation in London, an around the world airfare and an extra flight from Amsterdam to London, all of these and travel insurance were done through Best Flights. And not only did we get a great price, but the service, especially from Valentine Carter could not have been better. We were so impressed we have recommended to all our friends, who are thinking of travelling, to do it through Best Flights. And already, we know a few that have (and also found the service great) and got the deals and results they had hoped for.

I've been meaning to email you since my wife and I came back from our US holiday and I've finally found the time to do it. You may recall that you booked flights on our behalf with Qantas from Brisbane to Los Angeles on 15 September and return from San Francisco on 19 October. You also booked car hire for us with Alamo for a 30 day period.
Thank you for the attention you gave me and the excellent prices you obtained for the air and car hire components. The less than expected prices obtained through Best Flights coupled with the strong Aussie dollar meant that the entire cost of the holiday came in well under the budgeted amount which was a pleasant surprise.

I was impressed by how accessible you were and that you always quickly answered my emails, as I am fairly new to using the net and I wasn't expecting to receive that level of service from an online company.
You also efficiently handled all the changes and additional requests made by myself other members of the group in a polite and professional manner, (where I am sure others would have been less patient). In short, you were a pleasure to do business with and I would happily recommend you as a travel consultant to anyone wishing to make their travel plans on the net.
I must admit I wasn't relaxed about the responsibility of organising this family trip on the internet until I received all our travel documents, and then it seemed like it was all too easy. We all enjoyed the benefit of the extra savings we got by booking with Best Flights as well as the convenience of making all the arrangements on the net. After my experience I would happily use Best Flights to book all my holidays, although I might not get another one for a long while!

I just wanted to tell you about my most recent experience with Best Flights.
Having searched the internet extensively Best Flights definitely had the best fare for what I wanted to do. Given that I was focusing on price I was not expecting too much in the area of service. The fare I had picked had conditions that included land-based components so couldn’t be booked entirely on-line.
However I wanted to bring your attention to the fact that after contacting Suzanne Tyson I received service better than I have experienced from a full priced Travel Agent. She was always pleasant, efficient and communicated what was happening. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her including me changing some details at the last minute. I have just returned from the trip which she booked the flights and cars for and everything went exactly to plan.
I believe Suzanne is a great asset to your company and because of the service she provided I will always contact Best Flights for any travel requirements I have in the future.

Just a short note to give you some feedback on our recent trip to Phuket.
The trip was done by Bree back in April and the work she did was great. The trip was fantastic. All the arrangements went without any problems. The flights were good and we would/will fly with Thai again.
The transfers went well. Even when our names were not on the list for the company in Phuket they honoured the voucher without question.
The accommodation was fantastic. The Diamond Cliff Resort is all the brochures/web site say it is.

I would just like to say a few words of gratitude and compliment Zoey Jalla for providing such exceptional customer service to myself. I have never travelled before and I didn't know where to begin. I called a few other travel agencies and nobody was of assistance to me. I then searched through your website and I found the website to be very thorough compared to others.
Zoey was able to effectively bring up the details I required and kept offering further assistance throughout the call and I could tell that she was up to date within her work environment.
She also educated me on the requirements needed for me to book the flight and the process behind her job. She was honest in giving flight ratings and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. She gave me her direct line and also kept updating and reminding me that payments were due and insurance forms needed to filled out.
Zoey was extremely patient with me and she took into consideration my busy schedule. She kept to her promises emailing me flight schedules, information, brochures on several flight and, guess what? I got a great deal thanks to BEST FLIGHTS! And Zoey.
She ensured I had all the relevant information and sacrificed a lot of time for me as a customer. I appreciated the fact that she left detailed messages on my mobile so I was up to date on what was happening.

I wanted to send you an email to thank you for organising the holiday for us in Europe - we had an absolutely wonderful time. The Trafalgar tour was very good, although sometimes a bit too rushed, and allowed us to see all the highlights of so many cities in a very short time. The tour guide and driver were excellent. Our favourite places were London, Paris, Nice and Zermatt, although Venice and Rome were pretty special too.
We also rented an apartment in London for a week in Soho, which turned out to be a fabulous choice as it was very central to all the action. We even saw the prologue of the Tour de France.
The hotel you booked for us in Hong Kong (L'Hotel) was very good and I think you can feel very comfortable recommending it to your other clients. It was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were fairly spacious. The pool and restaurant were good, and the service from the hotel staff was excellent. They had free internet access in the lobby, and free bottles of water in the rooms. The only downside was that it was a bit out of the centre of things, although there was an MTR station directly across the road.

The client service ethos I have tried to instil in my world is what I believe you bring to your organisation.
In this day and age it's not good enough to provide a level of service that sees customers happy... they need to be delighted... you need to make them feel as though they are family... special... valued... without that they won't remain loyal. You made me feel as though we were friends and that is more important than any 'deal' you could have offered me.
I'll come back to your company because I didn't just feel as though I was a number (or a sale). I stress to my people the importance of building rapport... you did that with me and a good many of your peers (not necessarily within your company) could learn a lot from your approach.

Hi,
I just wanted to write to thank Best Flights for outstanding customer service last night.
The person we talked to was Jessica.
Due to a medical emergency in South Africa, we required 2 tickets to Cape Town ASAP. Best Flights provided above expectations in customer service in assisting purchasing 2 flight tickets to Cape Town. We heard the bad news and contacted Best Flights at approx 10pm last night. Sales rep rang supervisor, who also contacted her manager in assisting us get 2 tickets for 10 am this morning. All this was achieved between 10pm and 11pm last night.
Jessica was very professional and efficient and followed up very well.
We were all very impressed. Thank you. I will use Best Flights as my prime flight service from now on.

I just wanted to tell Best Flights how impressed I was by Myla McPhail.
I have travelled a lot and generally find it quite difficult to find travel agents who are capable of intelligent thought and of coming up with useful ideas, and am often discouraged and frustrated by making enquiries with travel agents who invariably offer me one option that is expensive and almost always with Qantas. I was put through to Myla by chance after calling the generic number, but found her to be very friendly and bright and helpful and she came up with a great idea that saved me quite a bit of money. It was a pleasure to do business with her and I feel she works at standards miles above most travel consultants.

Dear Sir,
I just wanted to send you a heartfelt email to thank Best Flights, specifically Bruce HAMILTON and his Manager Chris, for all their help and assistance in relation to a recent booking made by my partner Elaine, for travel to the United States in August 2007.
When I first spoke to Bruce regarding this matter on the evening of the 29th of May, I was met with friendliness, approachability and a welcome assurance that this problem would be resolved. What an immediate relief. Not for one moment did I ever believe that he would not be able to solve this issue for Elaine and resolve it to our satisfaction. Thankfully that belief in Bruce and Best Flights came true.
As you are already aware, Elaine subsequently contacted you directly later that evening after finding out that the booking had been voided. Elaine was understandably alarmed by this information, given the importance of flying on this date and time because of family commitments she had arranged, together with the internal flights within the USA she had booked and paid for. When I returned home from work, I contacted Best Flights and spoke to one of the customer care agents about the flights being cancelled. When I mentioned that I had spoken to Bruce earlier about this issue, it was comforting to speak to someone who re-iterated and enforced to me yet again that if anybody could solve this problem it was Bruce. During this conversation, the movie "Bruce Almighty" came to my mind. Just like in the movie, Bruce HAMILTON, Best Flights and Chris have also performed a miracle too and for that I will be eternally grateful. It was especially comforting to know that Bruce's staff have such confidence in his ability as a Manager as well as such high regard for his character as a human being, surely the traits of a born leader and an individual who should be destined for bigger and better things within your organisation.
After having this matter resolved by Bruce, Chris and Best Flights, I cannot express my gratitude, thanks and appreciation enough to you and your company for a job well done. Elaine has utilised Best Flights for over 6 years and I know that she will continue to use this because of the amazing prices and highest level of customer service and support provided by your organisation. It is comforting to know that there are still companies providing world class service with good old fashioned customer service, something that is sadly lacking in the consumer world.
Thank you so very much again for all your help and assistance in this matter.
