Hi Brooke,

I know that in customer service industries like yours you probably only get feedback when someone has had a problem and complains, but for me saying thank you for a job well done is as important as raising problems.

So, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your great service in regard to booking my trip. I know mine was not exactly simple (to get on the same as my wife was already booked) but it was not overly difficult either, however it is lovely to find someone who was so genuinely interested in helping me to get on the flights I needed and trying to get me the best possible deal.

I have really appreciated the fact that you have kept in touch with me regularly to put my mind at ease and reassure me that things had been sorted out. I have also appreciated how well you have followed everything up with absolutely no trace of it being too difficult or a pain in the backside for you. You have certainly gone the extra mile for me and delivered everything you promised, when you promised you would do it, which is a pleasant surprise these days.

Hello Natalie,

This is just a quick thank you for all your assistance for our trip to the UK in May I am delighted to say that China Airlines were good especially the Brisbane to Taipei flight it was very nice but the planes were older and noisier on the next couple but ideal for us and great value, we did enjoy the Amsterdam instead of Heathrow too so will consider that in future.

Unfortunately I only managed to be home a day and got a phone call saying my Mum had passed away, I decided against going back for the funeral until I spoke to my sister on the Wednesday evening and she was quite upset, so I just phoned Best Flights( what a wonderful idea being there 24/7) and Brian very kindly organised my trip back!

So please pass on my sincere thanks to Best Flights Management for having the forethought to make trips like that possible at such short notice for people like myself on the opposite side of the world from family.

Thanks again for all your help in our original trip and we will be in touch next year( wonder what company will have special offers then!)

Dear Sirs,

I spoke to Vera and would like to say that she was very pleasant and helpful. She had problems changing the dates of my Flight to 7 the August and went out of her way to help me.

She stayed late at work yesterday to try and sort out a problem with Singapore Airways. Then contacted them again today for me and begged them to let me just change the dates without having to pay the full fare now and wait 12-16 weeks for a refund on the old flight.

She was successful in this and I really appreciate all her efforts on my behalf. I would just like to add that she is a lovely lady and put herself out, far beyond the call of duty to help me. I am extremely grateful to her. I just wanted to let you know just how good your staff are and I would certainly come back to you again the next time I fly.

I'm writing to congratulate you on the level of service I received earlier this year... At the time I was working overseas on a cruise ship and needed to book a flight for my girlfriend to visit Australia from South Africa... Relying solely on the internet, I found your website and with the help of Brendan Collins, I booked the flight through your company... the thing that impressed me was when I wrote an email Brendan replied every time almost straight away, he also set up an account so I could EFT the payment through internet banking which was seamless...

For the past six years I have been working overseas with Princess Cruise lines and probably on average I take four international flights a year... I would say that most of the travel agencies that I deal with do a good job with my flights... BUT the level of service and help that I received from Brendan was second to none..!!

Hello BestFlights,

I recently booked flights through Brooke Lee at Best Flights and since my experience was so good, I thought I'd provide some positive feedback.

All my dealings were through Brooke and I have to say that if it wasn't for her I'm not sure I would have found flights that match exactly what I wanted to do.

Brooke was excellent - very competent, helpful and friendly. No matter how many times I changed my mind or proposed an alternative date or time, Brooke was always happy to look at whether or not it could work and flexible about changing
arrangements to best suit what I was looking for. Brooke explained things really clearly over the phone and was always happy to send the details through or go through bits again until I felt comfortable with the arrangement.

It really made the difference and based on my experience I have already recommended Best Flights and Brooke to several friends.

I hope I have the correct email address and that you are the manager of Best Flights.

I recently shopped around for trips to Europe for my partner and myself. I contacted several online and local travel agencies.

I was very disappointed in the response I received from most of the organisations I contacted. Responses were slow - I had to follow up myself to get an answer from 4 different agencies. Responses were also mostly unhelpful. In some cases, the agents wanted me to pay them a fee before they would provide any advice, and in others I received a brief response that didn't explain my options.

Best Flights was the only exception. I spoke with Tayla and she provided superb service. She was friendly and helpful, and came across as very genuine rather than following a script. She always followed up as she promised to. Her advice was thorough and the prices she came up with for us were cheaper than anything competitors found - Tayla seemed prepared to take extra time to find the right deals for us. It took many steps between my initial call and our final payment for our flights yet Tayla was patient and helpful throughout.

I research and teach in the field of customer service so am a very discerning customer and Tayla provided a standard of service I have seen little of since moving to Australia two years ago.

When I have phoned and spoken to other Best Flights staff they have also been helpful and professional, again without the annoying 'I'm reading from a script' response we get from many service providers these days.

From the attitude and performance of your staff it seems to me that the management practices of Best Flights must also be of a high standard and I applaud you for that.

I have already recommended Best Flights to others and will continue to do so - high quality service should be rewarded.

I have already passed on my thanks to Tayla, but please do thank the rest of the team, and congratulations to all of you on a job well done.
